Built year by year. Pilot by pilot.

    One network. A chronology.

Veejo connects verified pilots with the flight schools and airlines that recruit, train and crew them. This is how it came to exist.

    Why this network exists.

Aviation runs on relationships. It just lacked the wiring.

Pilots could not find each other. Schools could not find pilots. Operators briefed agencies that charged five-figure retainers to forward a CV. The data existed in a thousand places: licences in regulators, hours in logbooks, ratings in HR systems. Connecting it was the gap.

Veejo verifies licences, medicals, hours and ratings against ICAO standards, then routes that data to the people who need it: pilots managing their careers, schools running their ATO, airlines hiring their next captain. One network. Every cockpit.

    The chronology.

From an empty repo. To a worldwide network.

      Summer · the idea

An idea born in a cockpit.

Flying with a future aircraft owner who cannot find pilots, Maxime sees the gap first-hand: the information exists — licences, hours, ratings — but the network connecting it does not. Aviation still runs on spreadsheets and five-figure retainers.

      September · founded

      Veejo is founded.

A team of pilots, engineers and aviation auditors sets out to build the network the industry was missing. The verification standard is drafted: ICAO-aligned, audited end-to-end. No CV gets a profile.

    3. 2025
      The network ships

First verified pilots, first ATO partners, first hires.

The verification process clears its first hundreds of pilots. Approved Training Organisations sign on to digitise instructor compliance and student welfare. Network-based recruitment opens: operators brief Veejo for free, the network returns a pre-vetted shortlist, and fees are due only when a pilot signs.

      January · 1,000 pilots

      1,000 verified pilots.

The network crosses 1,000 verified pilots — 1,700+ today and climbing. Every profile ICAO-verified before it goes live: licences, medicals, hours, ratings.

      February · first stand

      Veejo exhibits at the SFMA.

First trade-show stand at the Salon des Formations et Métiers de l’Aéronautique. Cadets, schools and operators meet the network in person — it steps off the screen.

      June · students

      ATPL tutoring goes live.

Verified airline pilots open their schedules to ATPL candidates, and Morris, the AI co-pilot, joins to fill the gaps between tutoring sessions. The network now serves cadets, line pilots, instructors, schools and operators on one record.

The next entry on this chronology is being written now. Most of it depends on what the network needs next.

    Talk to the network.

Pilots, schools, operators. We read every message.

Whether you fly the line, run an ATO, or recruit captains, the door is open.
