Yes. Cancel from Settings → Subscription in the app. Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period, no exit fees, no questions asked.
We don't process partial-period refunds, but you can cancel at any time and stop the next charge. If you were billed by mistake or the service is unavailable, email [email protected] and we'll sort it out.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current cycle, you keep the higher tier until then.
A 20% service fee is applied at checkout when you book a tutor on Free or Premium. It funds tutor verification and keeps the platform running. Premium+ removes this fee entirely, three lessons later, the plan has paid for itself.
Premium members get one free 30-minute lesson, once total, across all participating tutors. Use it to test a tutor before committing to a paid session. Look for the "1st lesson free" badge on tutor cards.
Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1, encrypted end-to-end). Displayed prices include VAT for EU customers. Receipts and invoices are emailed automatically and available anytime from Settings → Billing.
